Instructions For Food/Soup Drop Off

To our chefs and volunteers, thank you for your contribution and ongoing support. We have a ton of soup ready to be picked up.

The information below will help organize our drop off procedures going forward. If you have questions, please contact us.

Please encourage any industry people potentially in need to sign up so they will be aware of future food pick-up opportunities, and direct people to our social media for more information.

Drop-Off Instructions (Less Than 250 Quarts)

PLEASE NOTE: IF PLAN ON PRODUCING 30 GALLONS OF SOUP OR LESS, WE ASK THAT YOU CONSIDER COMING TO OUR FACILITY INSTEAD AND HELP US PREP HERE. WE HAVE TWO KITCHENS AND A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF PRODUCT HERE, IT SAVES MORE TIME AND WE CAN USE THE HANDS!

In general, if you will be producing soup in your commercial kitchen, going forward, we ask that you drop off what you’ve produced at the location below:

Factoria
5 John Walsh Blvd
Peekskill, NY 10566

Drop off times will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00pm-4:00pm.

We ask that you please label your soup. If you don’t have labels, write on top of the container with a permanent marker, be sure to include type of soup and date. It is helpful if you note if soup is vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free.

Once you drop off your product, you can pick up more supplies, based on availability.

Drop-Off Instructions (250 Quarts Or More)

If you have a very large drop off (250 quarts or more) and you need help, we will pick it up as soon as possible.

We will contact you with the date and time for pickup. To ensure that soup is not spilled or lost, please package soup carefully and securely. Below is an example of a well-wrapped delivery, received intact. Soup that isn’t packaged securely, with plastic wrap or otherwise, typically results in significant loss and mess. We would appreciate your assistance avoiding product loss and time loss caused by loose packing.
